Du’SwaRoo wines have been produced in our cellar since 2007. Our boutique, farm-style wines are handcrafted in limited quantities using grapes from our own vineyards. Recent additions to the vineyards include Tannat, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay, as well as additional plantings of Touriga Nacional and Tinta Barroca.

As the smallest wine cellar on the Klein Karoo Wine Route, Kallie takes pride in producing a diverse range of wines and port-style wines, from elegant Chardonnay and bold Shiraz to Portuguese cultivars such as Touriga Nacional and Tinta Barroca, all crafted in small batches with a distinctive Klein Karoo character. Due to our small-batch approach, Du’SwaRoo wines are seldom found on the shelves of mainstream bottle stores.

Pat lovingly processes the farm’s olives and seasonal produce into a delicious range of handcrafted deli products under the Du’SwaRoo label. These include olive oils, table olives, preserves, pickles, atchars and a variety of seasonal favourites. Wherever possible, ingredients are sourced directly from the farm or from local Klein Karoo farmers and suppliers. Du’SwaRoo farm products are available at selected outlets in Calitzdorp and can also be shipped on request.
